* ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
Assistant Store Managers work alongside the Store Manager to assist in: maintaining a high quality of store operation; analyzing financial performance, ensuring customer satisfaction; and maintaining sandwich quality. You will assist in leading and recruiting the team and in the implementation of company policies and procedures. This responsibility includes:

In addition to assuming supervisory responsibilities, our Assistant Store Managers take care of
New employee orientation and training
Employee motivation and retention
Shift and position scheduling
Product ordering
Customer Feedback/Resolution
Prior Subway experience required, Subway Supervisory experience preferred, restaurant management experience necessary.
* STORE MANAGER
Store Managers report directly to the Store Owner and their main role is to maintain a high quality of store operation, analyze financial performance, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain sandwich quality. A successful store manager will lead and motivate the team to ensure the financial success of the business. He or she will support, implement and communicate company policies, processes and procedures to all staff. This role includes the recruitment, training and development of high-performing teams.
